Can you produce jewelry for international brands?

Yes. Hengdian (HD) Jewelry is a factory-direct manufacturer of 18K gold plated jewelry over brass with AAA cubic zirconia, and producing for international brands is a core part of our business. Brands work with us because design, plating, stone setting and packing are all controlled inside our own factory.

Confidentiality for Brand Projects

Once a custom style is confirmed, we sign a non-disclosure agreement before sampling, and exclusive designs are never shown to other buyers or added to open catalogs. We do not copy named-brand pieces: share the silhouette you like and we develop a reimagined classic around it.

How a Brand Order Runs

1. Brief and references - share sketches, styles or a mood board; we confirm materials, plating tone and CZ options.
2. Sampling - made in our own factory; free 5-7 piece samples on stock items, freight prepaid by the buyer.
3. Pre-production confirmation - approve the golden sample, plating thickness and packaging before bulk starts.
4. Bulk production and double QC - goods pass in-line checks at our Shanwei Haifeng factory plus a second inspection at our Guangzhou warehouse.

Compliance Brands Can Document

Our factory holds SGS audited-supplier certification; our 18K gold plated jewelry is tested against REACH and CE requirements, with nickel release within REACH limits and lead-free pieces. Plating thickness follows our own house specification of 0.1-0.3 micron over brass - a controlled in-house standard rather than an industry-wide figure - and other thicknesses are available on request.
