How do you handle bulk orders?

1. Order Confirmation and Quantity Tiers

A bulk order starts with a written confirmation of styles, quantities, plating, and packing. Our quantity tiers are straightforward: in-stock fashion styles start at 6-12 pieces per design (product codes beginning with HAI are 36 pieces per design), while 18K gold plated custom styles start at 120 pieces per design. Because we hold over 40,000 pieces of ready stock and release more than 500 new designs monthly, many bulk programs mix stock replenishment with new custom styles in the same season.

2. Production Scheduling and Timelines

Once confirmed, your order enters our production schedule. In-stock styles are picked, inspected, and released quickly, which suits retailers refilling fast-moving lines. Custom styles move through sample confirmation first, then batch production. Everything is made in our own factory in Shanwei, Haifeng (Guangdong) - five production lines, fourteen in-house processes - which is why we can push a new collection of up to 1,000 designs in as fast as 7 days and keep batch dates predictable.

3. Staged Quality Checks Before Dispatch

Bulk volume only counts if every carton is sellable. Checks happen in two stages: in-line inspection at the factory during production, then a second inspection at our Guangzhou warehouse before goods are released for shipment. Plating thickness follows our own house specification of 0.1-0.3 micron of 18K gold over brass, controlled in-house rather than as an industry-wide figure - and other plating thicknesses are available on request for custom programs.

4. Packing, Consolidation, and Shipping

• Standard packing is individual OPP bags; custom branded packaging is available from 10,000 pieces.
• We ship direct from China - we do not operate overseas warehouses, which keeps one supply chain and one set of quality controls.
• One bulk order does not have to ship to a single destination: quantities can be split across several delivery addresses on the same order.

5. One Point of Contact Throughout

Each bulk order is handled by a one-to-one service contact who confirms the schedule, shares progress at each stage, and coordinates shipping documents. If you are building a first bulk program, you can also request 5-7 free samples of stock styles - the buyer prepays freight and production ships once freight is received.
